UP Window Wizards, LLC ("Company") is committed to providing professional and high-quality window cleaning services. This Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our services are provided.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Our services include exterior and interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and frame/sill wipe-down as requested by the customer.
- Additional services may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
2. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
- Customers must schedule appointments in advance.
- Appointment times are approximate and may be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify customers promptly in the event of any scheduling changes.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
- Service fees are quoted based on the number and condition of windows, accessibility, and additional services requested.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Online Payment.
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee after 30 days.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers must provide access to the property on the scheduled service date.
- Any furniture or obstacles blocking window access should be moved prior to service.
- Customers should notify the Company of any pre-existing window damage or fragile conditions.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
- We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours for a touch-up or resolution.
7. LIABILITY & DAMAGES
- The Company is fully insured and takes precautions to prevent damage.
- The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or frames.
- In case of accidental damage caused by our service, the issue will be reviewed, and a resolution will be determined.
8. WEATHER POLICY
- Light rain does not typically affect window cleaning services.
- In the event of severe weather conditions, the Company may reschedule the service at no extra charge.
9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the property presents unsafe conditions.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
